I am a group exercise instructor and am always looking for new tools to make class more challenging for the participants. The blue Synergee resistance loop is challenging for my students as it offers a good amount of resistance.

The bar is a good addition to a home gym. The knurling is not too aggressive, seems to hold 300# well (I have not used more weight than this todate.), and fits my bumper plates well. I have only used for back squats and deadlifts.

I would hands down buy these again! They work great on both carpet (even my longer-ish carpet) and my hard wood floors. They're exactly as described, the perfect size, and absolutely perfect for the 80 day obsession. Nothing negative to say (except that my abs are killing me!)
