My favourite thing is that we get to create and test our own products. Since we use our gear at our Synergee Fitness facility, I get to try it out and our members can give us feedback before it hits the shelves.

I love the challenge! We are always looking for a better and more reliable way to get our product from our manufacturer to our customer. I’m always searching for new ideas to do my job better and improve our process for our athletes.

12 Days of Christmas – I usually do it at least once a week! It’s like the song – you do add another exercise with one more rep each round, starting with 1, the 2-1, then 3-2-1, all the way until 12-11-10-…- 3- 2- 1 for a total of 364 reps!

Working for Synergee is exciting because the design tasks are challenging. I get to work in a meaningful way, such that my ideas help make our customers' fitness experience better. I also enjoy applying the engineering knowledge that I learned in university to make product more durable and safe!
