Our Synergee Jump Rope is perfect for athletes of all abilities and backgrounds: from new to experienced, from CrossFit to MMA to HIIT training, this Rope is for everyone.
Our Jump Rope is easily adjustable and can be customized to fit your exact height. Each handle is accented by a color that coincides with the cable you chose (i.e. Green, Pink, Red, or Black respectively). These color options look great, and they add a personalized touch that let you recognize your rope from a distance. Each pack comes with 2 cables that offer different rotation speeds: a black, 4.0 mm thick, 70 g rope; and color, 3.2 mm thick, 50 g rope.
The handles are contoured to fit comfortably in your hands and be held with a natural, relaxed grip. Each is wrapped in an absorbent athletic tape and shaped to reduce forearm fatigue, so you can keep skipping away those calories!

Our ropes feature a comfortable contoured handle, which creates a super natural grip for the jumper. This helps the athlete reduce fatigue from forearms and shoulders.
Cables come 10 feet long, giving you the freedom to cut the rope to a size that best works for you. Our manual includes a ‘how-to’ guide, ensuring you know how to cut the cable to your perfect length. Select your preferred thickness: black cables are 4.0 mm thick, and colour cables are 3.2 mm thick.
