Our Jump Rope is easily adjustable and can be customized to fit your exact height. Each handle is accented by a color that coincides with the cable you chose (i.e. Green, Pink, Red, or Black respectively). These color options look great, and they add a personalized touch that let you recognize your rope from a distance.
The handles are contoured to fit comfortably in your hands and be held with a natural, relaxed grip. Each is wrapped in an absorbent athletic tape and shaped to reduce forearm fatigue, so you can keep skipping away those calories!

Our Ropes’ handles are contoured to allow you to hold them in natural, comfortable grip. This shape, plus the athletic tape we wrap them with, helps ward off fatigue in your forearms and shoulders so you can skip longer!
Each Jump Rope comes with 2 x 10 foot long, 2 mm thick cables. This excessive length allows you to cut them to size and fit you perfectly! We also include instructions for finding your recommended rope length.
Each package includes: (1) Manual, (2) 10' Rope Cables (1 Black, 1 Colored), (2) Handles, (4) End Caps, (4) Screws, (2) Rope Twist Ties and (1) Carrying Bag with Zipper
Tangled and kinked ropes are inevitable if you throw your rope in your cluttered gym bag when you’re done with it. But if you spend 5 seconds coiling your rope at the end of your workout, you can totally avoid all that!
When you’re done your workout, simply:
⚬ Place both handles of your (untangled) Synergee Jump Rope in one hand
⚬ Create a loop at the bottom of the handles with the cable. The rope naturally makes a 6” (or so) loop, so work with that!
⚬ With the rest of the rope hanging off, thread it through this loop you created.
⚬ Take the rest of the rope and thread it in the middle, then around the outside of the loop, back to through middle.
⚬ Continue until the excess is wrapped around the original loop!
This simple storage tip will help you avoid kinks, bends, and tangles!
