COVID-19 Updates



Thank you so much for your patience and your continued support during this unprecedented time. The safety of our Synergee Staff and Athletes is of the utmost importance. As such, the following measures have been put into place so we can provide the best Synergee Experience possible while upholding Public Health protection measures to mitigate COVID 19.



1. WE ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND SHIPPING ORDERS.

Synergee Gear is still available for online orders and we will ship to your front door. Please note, we are no longer providing any guarantees on shipping dates. There may be a 3-5 day delay from the estimated shipping date without direct notice. Rest assured; your order will arrive as quickly as possible. Please understand that with reduced workforce at our warehouses and higher than usual orders, we are working as hard as we can to provide you with your equipment as soon as possible. Please only contact us if you haven't received your order 7 days past your expected shipping date to help us prioritize concerns. Otherwise, assume it is arriving as scheduled, as it is probably arriving shortly.



2. CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE VIA EMAIL ONLY – PHONE LINES CLOSED

For the safety of our Synergee Team, we have mandated all of our staff to work from home. As such, they are away from our phone lines and only responding to Customer Care inquiries over email. If you have issues with your order or product, please send a detailed description to customercare@iheartsynergee.com.

We are also available via Facebook and Instagram (@synergeefit). But we advise you to send an email to customercare@iheartsynergee.com for any issues with products, orders, or delivery. Please expect response times to be slightly longer than usual, but we will respond within 24 hours.



3. ADD TO CART vs. PRE ORDER

The COVID 19 virus is affecting athletes and gyms across the Country. We are receiving a very high volume of orders as nationwide gyms are temporarily closed and athletes are outfitting their home gyms.

If an item is IN STOCK and available for processing, the button on that product page will read “ADD TO CART”. PLEASE still check the date underneath the "ADD TO CART" button as delivery time may be uncharacteristically long due to temporary restrictions on delivery at some of our warehouses. We apologize for the inconvenience; no exemptions can be made.

If the item is currently out of stock, it will read “PRE ORDER”. We are hard at work to restock our warehouses as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time and will fulfill your pre-order as soon as we can.

Please see the expected date under the “PRE ORDER” button and note it may be subject to change. Should any changes arise, our Synergee athletes will be notified as soon as possible.

Temporary restrictions and social distance measures implemented in our warehouses to prioritize the safety of our workers have impacted our ability to re-stock and ship items over 15 kg; and this has impacted our ability to fulfill orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.



4. NO PICK UP AVAILABLE

No pick up never has been nor will be available for Synergee Orders. All orders are done online and shipped to your front door.



5. WASH HANDS OFTEN, SANITIZE, AND STAY INSIDE

All information about COVID-19 and how to safely mitigate the pandemic should be accessed via government, WHO, or CDC websites. As instructed by Health Professionals, please use your Synergee workout equipment at home and do not share it between individuals. In general, wash your hands regularly and sanitize surfaces.

If you are concerned about ordering equipment, note that the World Health Organization has stated that it is safe to receive packages at this time, even from areas where COVID-19 has been reported. “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.” For more information, please see the WHO website.

As an extra precaution, you can wipe down the shipping box and the Synergee products with a mild detergent and wash your hands after opening the package. It is good practice to wash your hands before and after working out, in general.



6. RETURNS/REFUNDS

7. STAY SAFE AND STAY HOME

Again, we are not Public Health Experts, but please stay home and practice social distancing. Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face. We are all in this together. Stay safe & stay healthy.
